Online sportsbook 1XBet (SBR rating D-) has accused the player SBR reported filed a €1,600 payout complaint of operating multiple accounts.
The sportsbook is unwilling to process the €1,600 withdrawal and believes the evidence it has is clear enough to establish that the player is guilty of multi-accounting.
1XBet shared some background information with SBR on how they reached this conclusion, though it was unclear if the sportsbook had already refunded the player’s opening deposit.
Even online sportsbooks who believe a fraudster or shot-taker has violated their terms, sportsbooks cannot profit off of fraud and must return the original starting deposit.
The case remains open pending the outcome of the deposit and the player’s ability to refute the evidence 1XBet has shared.
