Gaming supplier Inspired has secured a signficant deal to provide a full suite of its Virtuals products to the 350 betting shops that comprise the Bookmakers Technology Consortium (BTC).
The BTC represents fifty independent bookmakers in the UK, Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, including well-known operators such as Jennings, Chisholms and Corbett Bookmakers.
Inspired will provide each bookmaker with access to its full range of virtual sports and number games, which will be delivered to retail locations via the supplier’s new Multi-Viewer system, providing multiple concurrent schedules of events.
“We have over a decade of experience as sole provider to the UK and Irish betting shop market – the independent sector has been an extremely important part of this success story,” said Steve Rogers, Inspired’s senior vice president of digital games.
“We are delighted with this partnership with the BTC, which will enable our world leading virtual sports portfolio to be extended to over 300 locations.
“Our virtual sports are proven to drive significant incremental revenues; by completing this new agreement with the BTC we are confident that each member will enjoy an uplift in revenue, whilst enabling them to stay competitive and enhance their retail gaming proposition.”
