Social casino studio LuckyFish Games has joined the rush to add branded content to its portfolio with the launch of the company’s first branded slot game, based on the popular nineties TV series Beverly Hills 90210.
The new slot, now live, features content from the programme, which followed the lives of a group of friends living in the Los Angeles County city as they make their way through high school, college and adult life.
LuckyFish has licensed the programme from CBS Consumer Products, becoming the second time the show has been licensed by a gaming company. A real-money version, developed by iSoftBet, went live in December 2013.
“We are thrilled to be a part of this collaboration with CBS Consumer Products and look forward to similar exciting projects in the future,” said LuckyFish vice president of marketing Lee Cohen.
The game is now available on Facebook, Android and iOS, allowing users to participate in real-time tournaments with friends and other players to win extra coins.
