1XBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) has agreed to discuss all player complaints with SBR.
Players who have not already done so are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
The sportsbook has stated its intention to act in a manner that is consistent with the industry standard and to address complaints where this has not been the case.
On September 25, management addressed a prior batch of 1XBet complaints and accused a number of players of multi-accounting and bonus fraud.
1XBet is presently listed on the sportsbook blacklist for the number of complaints that have been submitted by users in very short time. The 1XBet rating is subject to be reassessed should there be no outstanding issues where players were dealt with unfairly.
