Online betting site GR88 (SBR rating D) has acknowledged that they are looking into the two recent player disputes reported by SBR in the last ten days.
Two players tell similar stories of signing up, winning, and having their account access locked despite having positive balances that they intended to withdraw.
Player number one is owed $750, the player’s complaint was originally reported on November 14.
Player two is owed $200. The GR88 complaint was first reported on November 11.
GR88 provided no updates on either case, but told SBR that an answer will be provided soon by a manager familiar with details of both cases.
SBR asks GR88 players in need of assistance to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
