Online sportsbook YouWin (SBR rating C+) has updated SBR that the player who filed a complaint last month over an unpaid withdrawal has received his $700 CAD credited back to his betting account.
YouWin first acknowledged the complaint by providing a copy of the transaction number for the payout, which did not arrive to the player’s bank account.
There were was some delay originally as the player claimed his bank was unwilling to provide a letter with the formatting requested by YouWin.
YouWin Sportsbook confirmed that the relevant processor got back with them and were unable to issue the payout. The player is now able to re-request payment, though a separate cashier option is advised to prevent incident.
