The $5,000 transfer was completed following publication of this report.
Sportsbook Review first reported on November 23 that a BetIAS player (also known as InstantActionSports) submitted a payout complaint concerning a stalled payment plan.
The player holds a balance of $29,470 with the online sportsbook.
SBR followed up at the time with BetIAS management and was told that the player was scheduled to be sent a $5,000 interbook transfer on Tuesday, December 1.
The transfer was not made and the $5,000 has not even been deducted from the player’s balance as of yet.
Sportsbook Review has asked BetIAS for comment on when the interbook transfer will be processed.
BetIAS has long struggled with paying big winners on time. SBR previously reported on a player who after a year successfully withdrew a total of $15,000 with the online sportsbook.
