Sportsbook Review reported a month ago that a BetAtHome (SBR rating C) player believed his balance was in limbo.
His account was suspended by the online betting site without explanation.
The player summarized in his own words in the complaint he filed with SBR.
BetAtHome Player: “I tried to contact them but they did not want to explain to me why does that happend. Even I tried to contact them by live chat, but no success.”
Unfortunately, the sports betting website has declined to comment on the case. SBR has advised the player to launch his inquiry with the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) to pursue the matter further.
