A Jetbull Sportsbook player has filed a payout complaint.
The player is attempting to withdraw £140 from a deposit originally made with Mastercard.
The online sportsbook wants to process his payout back to his credit card. The player has said he cannot receive funds onto his card used, and is requesting bank transfer.
This is the source of the standoff: Jetbull has reportedly insisted to run the payout as a card deposit, but the player has claimed he cannot use his card for this purpose, and is only willing to accept bank transfer.
He stated that he is tired of arguing with Jetbull over the matter, and has requested SBR’s assistance.
