Quickspin helps reactivate and retain players with new promotional tools

Swedish slot specialist Quickspin is aiming to help its clients better differentiate their offerings and reward customer loyalty with the launch of a new set of promotional tools.

The supplier is to offer unique free rounds in all its games, giving players up to six different bet options based on their preferred stake sizes.

This, Quickspin believes, will help operators maintain the same marketing message across their customer base while tailoring rewards to suit individual players.

It has also developed a feature trigger which allows users to experience the free spins bonus round on any of their slots, including Razortooth, Crystal Queen and the newly-launched Second Strike.

These special rounds can be offered to any player that the operator chooses, with the clients able to select the players to offer the bonus, on which game to offer it and for what stakes.

“Existing promotional tools tend to revolve around what the operator and their supplier can offer – not what suits the needs of the player,” Quickspin chief executive Daniel Lindberg says.

“Ours are the next generation and give clients the flexibility to customise their offers to individual players,” he explained. “They will finally consign the days of mass market, database-wide blanket offers to the gaming history books.”

He said that this will help shift the industry’s focus from acquisition marketing to customer reactivation and retention. This, he believes, will be a “key battleground” in the coming months as the casino market becomes increasingly crowded.
