1XBet accuses player of past-posting tennis wagers

1xbetimageA 1XBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D) player has filed a wagering complaint.

The player claims that he risked £260 on three in-play tennis wagers and won all three wagers, which initially paid out at the odds of 4.25, 1.93, and 1.74.

Unfortunately, the player claims that he was accused of wagering when the outcome was already known, and had his bets changed to void.

The player pointed out that 1XBet’s software automatically emails users a copy of their bet slips, and that this counts as some level of screening, and is an indicator that the odds were accepted and that the bet will be honored.

He denies knowingly wagering on past-posted tennis markets, and has asked Sportsbook Review for assistance.

1XBet will have to provide time-stamps of the wagers so that the point-by-point scoring can be matched up and determine if the player’s claim is a legitimate one, or if the wagers were indeed posted late when the outcome of the market was already known.
