Rivalo throws entire rulebook at player in $1,370 dispute

rivaloimageA Rivalo Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) player has reported that his $1,370 balance has been confiscated.

He created his betting account with Rivalo on 20 December 2015, and deposited $100 by way of Neteller.

The player claims to have made several winning bets and in the process completed the rollover associated with his sportsbook bonus incentive.

He said that the very next day he tried his first withdrawal for $685, but that his account ended up being closed.

All of his documents were reportedly verified to pass the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, including one holding his own ID in view of the camera.

When he inquired with Rivalo on what was going on, he was told the following:

Rivalo: “Our security department detected that you violated our terms and conditions, you confirmed the registration. As described for violating the terms and conditions of your account will remain closed. Other information in accordance with our terms and conditions you will find the following link:”

Rivalo simply linked the player to their entire terms and conditions page, and did not specify why his balance of $1,370 would not be paid or was illegitimate.

Sportsbook Review is investigating the sportsbook complaint.
