SportsBettingOnline (SBR rating C) and BetOwi Sportsbook players have complained of inconsistent bitcoin withdrawal time-frames.
BetOwi is a sister sportsbook to SportsBettingOnline.
Management is currently looking into a complaint where a player claims that he has waited since 2 December 2015 for a $500 bitcoin withdrawal.
A BetOwi player has also shared a complaint at SBR Forum.
BetOwi player: “I requested 2 $500 payouts on 12/15. I’m still waiting on updates. Anyone have any experience with this book?”
An SBR poster, temple2010, responded to the post sharing his feedback on the customer service at the online betting site: “They never answer the phones over there from my experiences,” wrote temple2010.
The very nature of bitcoin causes players to, quite reasonably, expect very quick payouts, if not instant.
There is no reason for a bitcoin payout to ever take several days to be fulfilled, let alone an entire month.
