A YouWin Sportsbook (SBR rating C+) payout complaint has been received.
A player put in for a $1,513 withdrawal on 18 December 2015, and has yet to be paid.
The player claims that after four days he contacted the betting website to inquire on why he had not been paid, and was told that his inquiry had been routed to the service payment desk.
Fast-forward to later that evening, his account was blocked, and he was asked to send in a variety of ID documents to pass the Know Your Customer (KYC) process with YouWin. He told SBR that his documents were sent the same day, and he received a notification that YouWin would take up to 1 working day to validate the documents.
He has still yet to be paid and has received no new information from the online sportsbook.
Sportsbook Review has asked a YouWin representative for comment on the matter.
