Update 2:50PM ET: YouWin has clarified that the player’s payout was voided due to his eWallet account being restricted. Upon resolution of his eWallet issue, the player will be paid.
YouWin Sportsbook (SBR rating C+) has addressed the payout complaint reported earlier in the week.
A player claimed that a $1,513 Skrill payout was overdue and that the sports betting website had not made clear when he could expect to receive payment.
The player claimed to have provided the documents requested of him necessary to receive payment, but he is at a standstill.
The online sportsbook was not able to locate the player’s account from the details he supplied when he filed his complaint, however, so SBR has asked him to clarify the account he is writing in on behalf of.
This report will be updated upon resolution of the matter, or further clarification.
