Australian mobile platform provider OtherLevels has bolstered its business in the US gaming market with Las Vegas-based operator Tropicana Entertainment signing up to launch its digital marketing platform.
The OtherLevels platform will be used to allow the operator to better communicate with players on its free-to-play social gaming app TropWorld Casino, which has been developed in partnership with Ruby Seven Studios.
The social casino app was launched in July last year, featuring a range of video poker, slots and bingo games, with Spin Games content added in August.
Tropicana becomes OtherLevels’ latest US client after BetAmerica.com and an unnamed US fantasy sports client. The supplier also works with a range of gaming clients including Ladbrokes, Betfred, Camelot, Matchbook, and Australia’s Tatts Group.
“This agreement adds to our customer base in one of our key markets, as the US wagering sector continues to develop and expand,” OtherLevels managing director and CEO Brendan O’Kane commented.
Rather than only communicating with TropWorld customers that have opted to receive push notifications, the operator will now be able to message 100 per cent of its mobile audience.
This, the supplier says, will help increase player loyalty, maximise conversion rates and reduce churn.
