A sportsbook complaint has been opened against online sports betting website GR88 (SBR rating D).
A player opened his account last year and verified his identity as normal.
He was later limited to maximum $2 per wager and decided the sportsbook clearly no longer wanted his business, so he put in for a withdrawal of his $638 balance.
Online sportsbooks are free to set player limits to whatever they want, provided that outstanding bonus rollover obligations are fairly prorated or waived.
In this case, the player’s rollover was not a factor. However, after more than a dozen emails dating back to the end of October 2015, he has yet to be paid.
There is a disagreement between player and sportsbook concerning if the withdrawal was processed. His account was debited the amount of the withdrawal, but he maintains that he has yet to receive his payout.
SBR has asked GR88 Sportsbook for comment om this player’s dispute.
