A TonyBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D) player has filed a payout complaint over a £900 withdrawal.
The player claims that he successfully went through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process as of the 1st of December, 2015.
He was told that the payout was being processed. Over a month has gone by and he has yet to be paid, though the card he was expecting to receive the funds to was cancelled.
He claims to have notified TonyBet after three days that the card was no longer valid, and asked that the deposit be made directly to his bank account associated with that previously valid debit card.
He shares his frustration below:
TonyBet Player: “I have sent numerous emails to Tonybet and have explained I have not received the payments and explained that the payments need to be reissued directly into the account. My account with Tonyet was closed permanently by Tonybet when I requested the account was closed for a week as I did not want to flutter through my winning while waiting on the id checks etc.I don’t really know what to do, as I did spend money in Tonybet and have spent money on there sites thinking I was going to receive winning of £900. “
Sportsbook Review has asked the player to confirm why the card was cancelled; if the card was expired for example, or the card was closed due to his making a deposit for gaming purposes to the Estonia based online sportsbook.
SBR is investigating the complaint.
