A BetSolo Sportsbook player has filed a complaint.
The player signed up for the sports betting site on January 1, 2016.
He deposited €100 and received a matching 100% welcome bonus.
He provided his documentation at this time so that he would encounter no delays when asking for a withdrawal, and received confirmation his documents were approved.
At this point, the player asked for a payout back to his original deposit method of Skrill. He is certain that he completed the bonus wagering requirement successfully and in full compliance with BetSolo rules.
After 20 days, he alleges that BetSolo confiscated his winnings and processed only a refund of his initial deposit. He has been given no information why his payout was not honored, and has filed a complaint with SBR seeking assistance in this matter.
Sportsbook Review has asked BetSolo for comment on the case.
