Gaming supplier Inspired will expand its business into Colombia’s land-based gaming market after finalising an exclusive deal to supply virtual sports games to the country’s national lottery operator Corredor Empresarial.
Inspired’s virtual sports portfolio will be made available on every street corner in the country, when it launches in Corredor Empresarial’s lottery venues across Colombia.
Inspired is to deploy its virtual sports games across Corredor Empresarial’s retail network within the year, providing a range of products including Rush Football 2 alongside horse racing, motor racing and greyhounds games, as well as its numbers games.
The products have been adapted for the Colombian market, all available in Spanish and featuring specific bet types.
“This exclusive deal is demonstrative of our commitment and leadership in the Colombian market,” Inspired CCO of digital games Steve Rogers said. “We have made significant investment into this market to develop a bespoke, customised solution that we are confident will entertain, excite and delight players, whilst driving incremental revenues for Corredor Empresarial.”
Corredor Empresarial is Colombia’s national lottery operator, maintaining more than 50,000 terminals in over 5,000 venues nationwide. It also operates Las Deportivas, a pari-mutuel betting product, which became the first new licensed gambling product to be launched in the country in more than a decade in 2014.
It is Inspired’s second deal in the country after it signed a partnership with GENTEC, a subsidiary of land-based casino operator Betancur Group, to launch virtual sports .
