Casino Malta, the island’s largest land-based venue, has launched a sportsbook powered by technology supplier BetConstruct.
The casino opened on February 12th through a joint venture between Eastern European gaming operator Olympic Entertainment Group (OEG) and Eden Leisure Group, with BetConstruct expanded its existing relationship with OEG to provide its sportsbook solution for the venue.
The supplier was awarded a licence by the Malta Gaming Authority in August last year, and its sportsbook has recently been certified by testing lab GLI for use in a casino environment.
