Sportsbook Review reported two weeks ago about a TonyBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D) player who filed a $2,024 payout complaint.
The player had deposited $200 and received a 50% cash bonus from the online betting site.
After making a payout request with the Estonia based sportsbook, the player reported all communication stopped.
TonyBet management clarified to SBR that the player had not yet completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, though the player believed otherwise when filing the SBR complaint.
SBR was told that the verification process was since completed and that the player should receive payment within a few days.
TonyBet was added to the online sportsbooks rating guide in June of 2015. The betting site was temporarily downgraded to the blacklist last fall after a number of complaints were received from players, though management later addressed the cases with SBR.
TonyBet players in need of assistance are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
