The JetWin Sportsbook (SBR rating C+) player who filed a payout complaint on February 16 has reported that he has been paid in full.
SBR spoke with JetWin on the issue and learned that the quality of the ID documents initially provided by the player did not meet their risk management standards.
The player was required to provide ID because he accepted a bonus of $35 from the bitcoin exclusive online betting site.
JetWin went on to clarify that players who forgo bonuses are able to have fully anonymous accounts and will not be required to show identity establishing documents.
