Sportsbook Review reported earlier this week that a BetRally player reported that his account balance of 17,646 DKK or $2,568 was voided.
The player received only his initial deposit of 2,000 DKK back to his eWallet account.
The player believed that he had successfully completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement.
BetRally has addressed the case with Sportsbook Review and has stated that the player must send a notarized copy of his documents via physical mail before his account access will be restored.
BetRally refunded the player’s deposits in good faith while his account is undergoing the verification procedure, and has claimed that the player’s full balance will be paid provided he take the outlined steps.
Players in need of assistance with the online betting site are encouraged to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
