A Cloudbet Sportsbook player has submitted negative feedback on the amount of time it takes the bitcoin exclusive betting site to grade winning wagers.
The player has saved screen shots of a market in question he claimed was not graded in a prompt manner.
This is not new feedback from Cloudbet players: SBR has reported of a similar case in the past. On November 4, a player complained about the speed of grading on a boxing sports bet.
On December 7, SBR reported that Cloudbet was investigating software complaints from a number of players in the SBR bitcoin sports betting forum who claimed that their wagers were rejected by the software. No update developed in the case.
