A NetBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) player has filed a payout complaint.
The player has claimed that nearly two weeks ago he requested payment of £699 via eWallet.
The player has claimed that his transaction history does not show that the payout has even be processed, and the funds have not been deducted from his betting account.
He wrote the following to SBR:
“Today I have called three times and spent over 2 hours on hold trying to speak to a human! I’ve given up on all occasions and left messages which have not been returned. it is the worst level of service I have ever experienced from a bookmaker. Their set-up for dealing effectively with customers is amateur at best and borderline fraudulent at worst.”
The player did not specify if he has been previously paid from the online betting site.
