A Tipico Sportsbook (SBR rating C) player has filed a complaint.
The player has claimed that after requesting a withdrawal of his €1,040 balance, his account was closed by the online sports betting site, despite his receiving an email that the verification process was successfully completed on his account.
Fast-forward a day after he received an email his account was fully verified, Tipico informed the player that he violated their terms and conditions, but did not qualify the statement with additional information.
As a result of the absence of information and belief he has done nothing wrong, the player has asked Sportsbook Review for assistance mediating the issue with the online betting site.
The player explained in his own words:
“After I wanted to withdrawl [sic] my winnings (around 1040 €) I needed to upload some documents for verification purposes. After I did that I got an email a bit later which said that the verification process is successfully completed. Not even 24 hours later I tried to log into my account but it said its deactivated. So I asked the customer service whats going on and they said, I violated the general terms and conditions, without any information, just that they will keep my whole money. I totally dont understand that and hope you can help me. Thank you very much.”
Sportsbook Review will update as more information becomes available on this Tipico complaint.
