Two online sports bettors have submitted complaints against sports betting website Otobet.com (presently unrated).
Player one requested a €900 withdrawal through Skrill three weeks ago and has yet to be paid.
Player two requested a €3,957 payout through Skrill on March 22 via Neteller.
Both players have pointed out that the online sportsbook promotes that payouts via eWallet are processed within 48 hours.
SBR reported last week that a payout complaint was resolved at Otobet where a player ended up waiting over a week for a Skrill withdrawal. The online sportsbook addressed that case with Sportsbook Review.
SBR has requested comment on the two most recent Otobet.com Sportsbook complaints and asks players in need of assistance to submit a sportsbook complaint form. Online betting sites are assessed in large part by their ability to pay on-time and in accordance with their published times.
