Cloudbet Sportsbook (SBR rating C+) has addressed the parlay grading complaint reported yesterday.
A player complained that about 24 hours had elapsed since the time of his winning a four-team parlay which contained two NHL sides and two UFC sides for games that took place on Saturday, April 16.
SBR noted that Cloudbet players have complained in the past about tardy grading.
Cloudbet addressed the complaint with Sportsbook Review and stated that there were conflicting results from two sources on one of the UFC parlay legs, which caused the delay in verifying the results of the side.
The parlay has since been graded and the player paid in full.
