Rivalo Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) has addressed the KYC complaint reported by a player.
Rivalo has said that the player registered to the account failed the phone verification chat and concluded that the player was not the one controlling the account.
The sportsbook is known for extensive KYC including asking players to chat via video. The strong stance is meant to discourage multiple bonus chasers and account abusers, since in all cases the D- rated website will confiscate winnings in full and only refund player deposits.
