Online sportsbook Betsafe (SBR rating C-) has addressed the payout complaint reported by a player last week.
A player claimed that after attempting to initiate the withdrawal of his balance his account access was restricted, despite passing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process by having a telephone call.
Betsafe has stated that no details can be given due to privacy policy, which means that the player’s next step is to launch a complaint with the Malta Gaming Authority.
