A Betsafe Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) player has filed an SBR complaint.
The player has claimed that he deposited 75 PLN with the betting site and received a 200% sportsbook bonus. He proceeded to place a series of live, in-play betting wagers and accumulated most of his profits in soccer.
After increasing his balance to over 4,000 PLN, he decided to test the waters and see how Betsafe is at paying out winnings. One day after his payout request, he received an email notice advising him that his account was closed and that he had broken the terms of their sportsbook rules.
The player said that he was given no information from the online sportsbook on what about his play violated their terms and conditions, and he has asked Sportsbook Review for assistance mediating this complaint against the sports betting site.
Sportsbook Review has asked Betsafe for comment on the sportsbook complaint. In the event that Betsafe is unable to discuss the complaint, the player is able to escalate his complaint to the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) for assistance.
