A Winner.com Sportsbook (SBR rating B) player has filed a sportsbook complaint.
The player recently signed up and deposited £200 to the sports betting site on July 29.
He accepted a 100% sportsbook bonus on top of the deposit. His initial wager risked his entire deposit and lost, so he topped up his account with another £200 and resumed wagering.
At this point, the player went on something of a hot streak and increased his sportsbook balance to £2,780, which includes the bonus cash he was originally credited. At this point, Winner.com restricted his wagering limit to just £76; the player pointed out that this leaves him having to make roughly another 3,211 wagers before being able to place a withdrawal.
What makes matters for the player worse is that he has just eleven days remaining to complete the sportsbook rollover or his bonus and all winnings derived from the bonus will be voided by the online sportsbook.
Sportsbook Review asked Winner.com for comment on the complaint but was told the player had to write in directly. SBR asked the player to request either to have more reasonable wagering limits restored so that he can fairly have a chance at completing the bonus play-through on time or for his bonus to be prorated.
