A Tipbet Sportsbook (SBR rating C) player has submitted a complaint.
The player has claimed that after going through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process at the online sports betting site, he was told he would receive further correspondence from the sportsbook regarding his ability to place a withdrawal.
After days went by and no news, the player finally received a notice that he was able to ask for a payout and put in for a €2,000 withdrawal. To his surprise, the next thing that happened was his account was changed from verified to unverified.
Tipbet Player: “Tipbet said I broke their rules, but this is not true. What should I do,” the player asked in his complaint form.
The player has become extremely concerned and has said that this is a significant sum for him to have in limbo. Sportsbook Review has asked the online sportsbook for comment and will update this report as more details are learned.
