1XBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) has addressed the payout complaint filed by a player who stated that he was owed over €5,000 for 3.5 months.
The player claimed that he provided everything requested of him to satisfy the terms of 1XBet’s Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure, including sending ID documents by ground mail.
The sportsbook is unwilling to provide specifics but has said that the player has been instructed to log-in to their website to complete KYC. The betting site would not comment on whether or not the player’s documents allegedly sent by way of courier were received.
SBR has followed up with the player and asked him to confirm if he sees any additional requests from 1XBet upon logging in to the sports betting site.
