A 1XBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) player has filed a sportsbook complaint.
The player has claimed to have complied with each and every request made by 1XBet support to complete the verification process, but his account has been closed for over a week with a balance of approximately €1,000.
1XBet allegedly asked for three copies of a utility bill, which the player provided but each of the documents were apparently rejected. The player is willing to have the documents notarized to resolve the issue, but 1XBet has allegedly been unresponsive.
Sportsbook Review has asked the sports betting site for comment on the player’s situation. 1XBet is currently on the sportsbook blacklist with their rating of D-.
