A Cloudbet Sportsbook (SBR rating C+) player claimed that he wagered on an in-play tennis bet and thirty minutes later had his wager voided.
The player even wagered on the opposite side of the bet as a hedge play with Cloudbet; the second wager was not cancelled, though his original bet was voided and the betting site hasn’t explained why.
The odds were in-line with the game situation and were not erroneously priced.
Cloudbet has yet to provide comment on the situation. Players have made similar complaints about wagers not being accepted which Cloudbet has attributed to software bugs. Cloudbet said in a recent complaint that was aired out on SBR Forum that a player who thought he had action on a pending bet in fact did not, though a screen capture of the player’s account appeared to show otherwise.
