Ekström arrives from a position as senior client director at Nord DDB and will take up her new role at Svenska Spel on January 13, 2020.
In her new job, Ekström will be responsible for marketing communications around Svenska Spel’s brands and activating sponsorship collaborations at group level.
This includes Svenska Spel’s collaborations with unions in football, ice hockey, handball, bandy and floorball, as well as the esports national team, the national cross-country team and SOK, the Swedish Olympic Committee.
