A week ago they claimed in their footer: “Digitain MT is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority to offer type 1 and type 2 B2B gaming services license number MGA/B2B/xxx/2019 issued on the XXXX November 2019. Company Details: Digitain MT | Terraces No.1 | The Penthouse Suite | Triq Il-Kannizzata | Balzan | Malta.”
I filed a complaint with MGA because I had an issue with a book that uses the Digitain software. MGA replied that neither the book nor the software supplier Digitain are currently licensed by MGA.
I forwarded MGA’s statement to Digitain. Yesterday Digitain rebuild their homepage and changed the text in the footer. Now it says: “Digitain MT will be licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority to offer B2B gaming services license number MGA/B2B/xxx/2020 issued on the XXXX 2020. Company Details: Digitain MT | Terraces No.1 | The Penthouse Suite | Triq Il-Kannizzata | Balzan | Malta.”
