Mobile-focused lottery betting operator Lottomart has linked up with Fast Track in an effort to strengthen its engagement with customers.
Under the agreement, Fast Track will provide a range of customer engagement technology to Lottomart to use within its lottery betting mobile application.
This includes FT CRM, a real-time player engagement platform that Fast Track said enables operators to streamline working processes and enhance customer engagement.
“We are a technology-led company with ambitious plans for how we can really offer a different experience to our players; FT CRM will allow us to achieve everything we need, in an efficient way,” Lottomart chief executive Ashley Lang said.
