Tulipa Ent Limited – a business that appears to be part of the ComeOn Group – has become the latest operator to receive a licence from the the Netherlands’ gambling regulator, Kansspelautoriteit (KSA).
It is the twentieth operator to receive a licence from the KSA.
The licence was granted under the Netherlands’ remote gambling act (KOA), which came into force on 1 April 2021 after numerous delays.
The KSA said that it was unaware of the domain Tulipa Ent Limited would operate under, but added that it would be published in the country’s gambling guide – the Kansspelwijzer – once this is known.
According to Tulipa Ent Limited’s company registration, the operator is registered in Malta.
The directors of Tulipa Ent Limited are listed as Cristiano Blanco and Juergen Reutter – the chief product officer and chief executive officer of ComeOn Group, respectively. This suggests that Tulipa is a new Dutch-facing subsidiary of ComeOn.
