Online gaming and betting provider mybet Holdings has announced the election of three members to its supervisory board.
Markus Knoss and Patrick Möller will both join the board after being proposed by the company, while Clemens Jakopitsch, who stepped down from the board last year, has been re-elected after he was proposed by a shareholder.
Knoss currently works as a capital market expert in corporate trading and corporate sales at BankM in Frankfurt, while Jakopitsch is the owner of Austrian engineering company Behördenengineering Jakopitsch.
Möller serves as director investor relations at Hamburg-based XING AG and is regarded as a specialist in developing e-commerce business models.
The three new appointments will bring the supervisory board back up to six members following the departure of three personnel last year.
Chairman Antje Stoltenberg surrendered office while Frank Motte – whose term of office ended with mybet’s recent shareholders’ meeting – did not seek re-election.
Jakopitsch also surrendered office but will now return to the board after being re-elected.
