Satellite Information Services (SIS), a provider of end-to-end products and services to the betting and broadcast industries, is to use its digital streaming platform to provide a new service to the Betfred and Totepool websites.
SIS will deliver live pictures of ‘Betfred Bonus Hour’, a Saturday morning feature on the bookmaker’s in-house channel Betfred TV that is broadcast in its betting shops, to Betfred.com and Totepool.com.
The programme, which is produced and delivered by SIS, regularly features Betfred chairman Fred Done and ToteScoop6, the regular Saturday afternoon Totepool accumulator bet.
SIS’s multi-platform streaming capability will now allow customers of Betfred and Totepool to view the programme online.
“This service gives us the opportunity to build on our existing streaming capability,” SIS’s director of strategic development, Paul Baker, said.
“The SIS Digital Streaming Platform provides a solution for multi-platform devices and operating systems covering web, mobile, tablet and connected TV.”
