Online gaming marketing service provider XLMedia has reported that it expects to post record levels of revenue for the six months to June 30, 2014.
In a trading update, the firm said that it expects revenue in the first half of 2014 to increase by at least 22% compared to the same period in the previous year.
XLMedia said this forecasted increase comes after it continued to experience ‘strong’ levels of growth in its core digital marketing service and new media channels, including mobile and social media.
The firm said the growth is also underpinned by its position in its core Scandinavian markets, as well as high demand from gaming operators in English and German speaking countries.
XLMedia cited its recent acquisition of an unnamed Danish website network as proof of its progress in newly regulated markets.
Chris Bell, chairman of XLMedia, said: “We are pleased with XLMedia’s performance in the first half of the year.
“Our core business remains very strong and we are making good progress with our strategy across the board.”
XLMedia is due to publish its interim results for the first half of 2014 in September.
