Online gaming company Interwetten has entered into a sponsorship deal with the Lotus Formula One motor-racing team.
Under the deal, Interwetten branding will appear on the sidepod of Lotus’ cars during two consecutive Grands Prix.
The Interwetten logo was present on the cars during the German Grand Prix at the Hockenheimring at the weekend and will also feature on both Lotus cars at the Hungarian Grand Prix this coming weekend.
The Hungarian Grand Prix will be the final race before F1 enters its summer shutdown period.
Lotus currently sits eighth in the 2014 Formula One constructors’ championship having scored just eight points from 10 races so far this season.
All points have been won by French driver Romain Grosjean, with teammate Venezuelan Pastor Maldonado yet to score a single point.
