A BetCas Sportsbook player has filed a complaint with SBR.
The player’s account was closed two weeks ago and his €1223 balance has remained inaccessible since then. He has sent multiple emails to BetCas without response, and has no idea what he did to trigger the account closure.
SBR is investigating this player’s complaint against the betting site.
SBR has received limited feedback on BetCas Sportsbook.
Sportsbook Review reported on September 1 that a player had his account suspended by BetCas Sportsbook due to irregular betting and traffic patterns. The player acknowledged making a number of wagers through his mobile phone’s 3G network, but vehemently denied wrongdoing. BetCas confiscated the £4,000 balance and stated the following:
“Your account exhibits strange browsing patterns, multiple IP addresses and so on, we can’t verify your identity based on your documents and traffic patterns. Our risk department is currently investigating this matter. We will contact you via email as soon as the check has been completed. In the mean time, we appreciate your patience while the matter is being resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.”
