Online gaming services provider 1Click Games has agreed a partnership with software company Optimove.
Under the deal, Optimove’s customer retention automation platform will integrate with 1Click Games’ account management platform 1Click CRM.
Existing customers that operate with solutions provided by 1Click Games will be powered by Optimove’s innovative technology by the end of the year 2014.
New customers will be offered 1Click Games solutions with Optimove already integrated.
Ben Roberts, vice-president of business development at 1Click, said: “We are excited about this partnership, because it is a ‘triple win’ deal for us, our operators and their customers.
“With all we have seen and heard about Optimove’s capabilities, we expect to see a significant increase in player retention across all our operators.”
1Click CRM allows operating gaming content from several third-party providers via a single platform, fitting the potential of several content providers into one interface.
1Click says that Optimove’s retention automation platform aims to help marketers maximise player engagement and loyalty by automatically personalising, executing and evaluating a complete framework of marketing campaigns.
The web-based software uses customer modeling, predictive micro-segmentation and campaign optimsation technology.
