A Noxwin Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) player has filed a complaint against the betting site.
The player has stated that his account was suspended and that he has an $862 balance.
He was in the middle of clearing his sportsbook bonus rollover obligation prior to his access being revoked by Noxwin. The player has claimed that Noxwin accused him of violating term five of their terms and conditions.
Section five under the bonus T&C’s reads as follows:
Noxwin terms: “Duplicate bets or bets placed on the same event will not count towards the wagering requirement. If the user places two bets on the same event, only the 1st bet will count in the turnover. “
The player does not deny violating the terms and conditions, but believes that his overall winnings should be fair game. He is willing to continue meeting the rollover and to accept the fact that a percentage of his action do not and should not count toward the bonus.
Noxwin, a sportsbook which uses OddsMatrix software, was initiated in the sportsbook ratings guide January 2013.
OddsMatrix shops have been known to be heavy-handed with winning bonus chasers. Sportsbook Review reported that Mobibet’s (now MB24) CEO claimed that players who bet the entirety of their first deposit after accepting a starting bonus were considered non-recreational, and that the confiscation of winnings is written into the terms and conditions of all OddsMatrix sportsbooks.
Sportsbook Review is following up with Noxwin on this complaint.
Noxwin players with feedback or issues should submit a sportsbook complaint.
