An LSbet Sportsbook (SBR rating C) has claimed that a €1400 balance was confiscated. The player reports that he was accused of violating the terms and conditions of the betting site.
He points out that all he can think of is that upon logging into the website on his desktop PC, the log-in process stalled, so he immediately logged into LSbet from his mobile device, but that he can think of no other reason that any of his account access activity would be considered usual.
He has requested Sportsbook Review to get involved and reach an LSbet account manager on his behalf.
SBR has presented the case to an LSbet management contact and is awaiting to hear back on the results of the complaint. LSbet player feedback is encouraged.
