Sportsbook Review reported that an LSbet (SBR rating C) player filed a complaint alleging that €130 in winnings were not being paid.
The player first did not fully comply with a part of LSbet’s verification process by blacking out parts of his Neteller history due to what he considered a privacy violation, though he later complied.
LSbet shared evidence collected by their software which connect the player to a second account-holder. The request for the completed Neteller history was made to further attempt to connect these individuals.
SBR has advised the player of LSbet’s findings and asked him for comment.
As it stands, the claim is that the player is in direct violation of the betting sites terms and conditions pertaining to multiple accounts.
